The MERP School Leadership Project represents a strategic intervention to strengthen Malawi’s primary education system by empowering school leaders with the skills to drive inclusive, efficient, and climate-resilient learning environments. With near-complete participation and ongoing refresher training, the project is on track to achieve its objectives by November 2025.
