The study was conducted in both rural and urban areas, targeting two health facilities per district; a total of 10 health facilities and their respective catchment areas was included. With the help of District MCH or EPI Managers, one health facility with high immunination coverage and one with low coverage was identifyied. Permission was sought from the District Health Officer (DHO) to vist identified and selected from the catchment areas of these health facilities after permission was granted from village headmen to work in the area.
