Project details

The objective of the project was to propose a graduation strategy for Malawi's SCTP. This involves both developing a framework which encompasses the concepts of resilience, sustainable livelihoods and pathways out of poverty as well as producing a detailed proposal of what this means for programme approaches, activities and processes as well as human and financial resources. Within this objective there were four key areas of work: developing a conceptual framework, identifying thresholds for graduation and indicators to measure these indicators, examining beneficiary pathways to graduation and proposing programme modalities to enact a framework for graduation
