This project explored pathways to urban sustainability in post-industrial cities of the Global South - a departure from the social sciences that situate deindustrialisation and urban decline as a Global North phenomenon. Led by Durham University, other partners in the study included: Khulna University, BRAC University, University of Colombo, University of Sheffield & University of Malawi.
