The project was funded by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The Democracy Consolidation Programme Phase III(DCP III) Mid-term Survey was aimed at measuring the impact of the program which was launched in 2008. The survey was conducted during the months of September and Octomber in 2011 in Malawi
