The EQUALS School Leadership Programme (SLP), a key component of the broader EQUALS Project, is a strategic initiative developed and implemented by the School of Education at the University of Malawi (SEUM) and the Malawi Institute of Education (MIE). Established in response to capacity gaps in school leadership identified by the Ministry of Education, the programme strengthens management and instructional leadership among school heads and deputies nationwide.
